I try to travel to a new destination every December for the Christmas and New Years holidays, and I’ve noticed over time that every country does it a little differently. Some countries have amazing Christmas markets, others focus on ornaments and lights, and in warmer climates, they just seem to enjoy the nice weather by a beach somewhere. There is no wrong answer, of course, and as a photographer and reporter, I’d like to capture and share all the different ways people celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.
